What do the different order status
updates mean? ie 'Waiting to be started', 'In progress' and
'Posted!'?
- 'Waiting to be started' means I have safely received your order,
and will be begin work on it soon to meet the 7 - 10 day
turnaround time
- 'In progress' actually covers several stages, which normally
happen over several days:
Printing + ageing + placing + pressing + curing + packing
- 'Posted!' means exactly that, it's in the post!
-
What do the different ageing options mean?
Please see the 'Finishing
Guide' for a full explanation of these options

What is the RABBIT IN RED badge/ label on the sleeve of the
t-shirt for?
The badge identifies the shirt
as a product of The RABBIT IN RED Lounge. It's not an advertising thing - although I am proud of the t-shirts! They also form part of
the overall ethos, ie that
you are a member of this little community, and are a proud genre
fan like the rest of us.
- Do I have to have the badge on the sleeve?
If you really don't want the Rabbit in Red badge, please email me after placing an order and let me know.
- What is the 'article number' on the card that comes with the shirt?
Each shirt is unique. And each shirt has a unique number I assign to it, and to you the person who owns it. I then sign each article card by hand to authenticate it.

Can I ask for bespoke items/ designs?
Please feel free to make designs via
this form. The main guideline is that the film title fits in
the rest of the site. I won't cut and paste elements from
different designs or edit existing designs. Submitting a design
request is not a commitment by me to make it, or you to purchase
it. I won't do designs of screenshots or with your own
text on them. Lastly, I've normally quite a backlog of design
requests, so I can't give a timeframe for producing anything
(unless I really like it!), although I will always reply to you
asap.

Do all the images have a white border on them?
By default I make the images with a small white border, as I think it helps frame them nicely on the shirt. You can see this in most of The Gallery images. If you really don't want this, and you would prefer edge to edge with no border, please email me after placing your order. Please bear in mind that some designs have to have a white edge, eg Abominable Dr Phibes and Clockwork Orange.

How big are the actual images on the shirts?
Please read the 'Image Size Guide'.
